Marsh McLennan Agency believes that it is our responsibility to help make a positive impact in our communities and to help those in need. Our Charitable Committee works with our regional offices and colleagues to help support social impact initiatives through volunteerism, fundraising, and charitable donations. For the fourth year in a row, all proceeds from the event with go toward the following local charity Life is Good Playmakers. Watch history come alive, as our MMA team takes on Bruins legends for the second time! We hope to see you there to have some fun while raising money for these three very amazing local organizations.

Purple Pumpkin Walk & 5K Join us on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Artesani Park in Brighton, MA, for the Purple Pumpkin Walk & 5K, a community event dedicated to raising awareness and support for those affected by lupus. Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or participating with family and friends, this event offers a meaningful way to come together for an important cause. Participants can choose to complete the 5K course or enjoy the walk while supporting efforts to advance lupus education, advocacy, research, and patient support. Registration opens at 9:00 AM, with the event beginning at 10:00 AM. Come dressed in your best purple attire, connect with fellow supporters, and help make a difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by lupus. Join us as the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity’s Boston Chapter hosts the ninth annual Ryan Shaw Memorial 5K run/walk along the Charles River in Boston in remembrance of our brother and friend Ryan Scott Shaw. Ryan passed away at the age of 18 on May 9th, 2016 shortly after being diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. The Ryan Shaw Memorial 5K run/walk aims to preserve Ryan's legacy through this memorial event.
