Youngstown Peace Race

The 52nd annual Youngstown Peace Race takes place on Sunday, October 18th, 2026.  The event includes a 400-Meter Kids Fun Run (Ages 10 & Under), 2-Mile Run/Walk, & 11K.  A virtual option is also available.  Please be aware that due to construction in the park, the 10K will move to an 11K distance this year.   - The 25K begins at 8:30am. - The Kids Fun Run begins at 9:00am and starts west of the Federal Plaza & Wick Ave intersection in Downtown Youngstown. - The 2-Mile begins at 9:30am from the square in Downtown Youngstown.   - The 11K begins at 10:00am and the start line drop off area is located at Kirkmere Elementary School.  11K Runners must pick up packets before going to Kirkmere.  The 11K will follow a fast point-to-point course starting from the Kirk Rd. & S.
