WVMTR Annual Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Fayetteville, WV. We will meet at Fayetteville Town Park for a group run. Then go the Ascend WV Cooperative Work Building for the meeting and lunch. This is a WVMTR Club Event that has no registration fee, but participants must register so there is an e-signed waiver and emergency information available. Members and non-members are welcome! Schedule: 9:00 am: Doing what a running club does best! Guided runs of various distances are planned.                                                            12:00 pm: Lunch. Pizza provided by WVMTR. Please bring drinks to supplement.1:00 pm: General Membership Meeting. This meeting offers club members an opportunity to give input and direction to WVMTR and to gain insight into current positions and future goals.2:30 pm: Board of Directors Meeting.
