Warrior Dash 5K

Join us for the Warrior Dash 5K, a race with heart, purpose, and the spirit of true warriors! All proceeds from this event will directly support the Alabama Warriors, the adult goalball team based at E. H. Gentry, a division of Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB). Goalball is a unique and competitive team sport designed specifically for athletes who are blind or visually impaired. Using a ball embedded with bells, players rely on sound, communication, and teamwork to defend their goal and score against their opponents. It’s a fast-paced, inspiring sport that builds confidence, strength, and community. Your participation will help the Alabama Warriors thrive by funding essential needs such as uniforms, athletic shoes, travel expenses for tournaments, and equipment for practice and training.
