Walk for Wellness

2026 Walk for Wellness and 5k Fun Run Join us for a Walk for Wellness and 5K Fun Run through Rt. 66 Park at Lake Overholser. Registered runners will receive a T-shirt and medal, and registered walkers will receive a T-shirt. These events are open to patients and non-patients, with the walk and health fair at no cost and the 5K Fun Run includes a small fee. Everyone will have the opportunity to receive information from community partners in the Oklahoma City metro and participate in a health fair and cultural activities. One of our event objectives is to educate our participants on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We provide water at the event to encourage participants to remain hydrated and promote healthy beverages, as well as a healthy snack to promote healthy eating after working out.
