Turkey Trot of Morgan County

3M Decatur is proud to host its 12th Annual Turkey Trot of Morgan County on Thanksgiving morning in Downtown Decatur! People of all ages are encouraged to participate in the 5K event, the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk! This event benefits the United Way of Morgan County, and all proceeds will go to this organization. We hope you'll come out on Thanksgiving morning to visit with friends and family in town for the holiday, burn some calories to make some room for the Thanksgiving feast, and support an organization making a difference in our community! Registration costs are $30 for the 5K event, $25 for the 1-mile event.  All prices will increase by $5 on November 3, 2025. The 5K Run and begin at 8 AM, and the One Mile Fun Run begins at 9 AM.T-shirt/Packet pick up will be on Wednesday, Nov. 25th, at the Cross Eyed Owl Brewery from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm, and Thursday, Nov. 26th, before the race from 6:45 am to 7:45 am at First Baptist Church. Restrooms will be available at First Baptist Church.
