Trestle Tap 9K

Ready to tackle the trestle? Join us on Saturday, August 28th for the annual Trestle Tap 9K! We’re racing from Woodward to Madrid across one of the most iconic bridges in Iowa, and we're celebrating the finish line the right way—with cold beers from two wonderful, local breweries and great company! Runners will start from Whilstlin' Donkey in Woodward and finish at Flat Tire Lounge in Madrid . Each year this race will reverse directions, allowing for a unique experience each time! Whether you're looking to crush a late-summer PR or you're just here for the post-race party and the views, this point-to-point 9K is the perfect excuse to get moving. 📅 When: Saturday, August 28th 📍 The Route: Woodward Whilstlin' Donkey (Across the High Trestle Trail Bridge) ➔ to Madrid (Flat Tire Lounge) 🏁 The Reward: An epic finish line party, custom race gear, and plenty of cold brews. Shuttles will be returning athletes to Whistlin' Donkey from Flat Tire Lounge after the race.
