Are you looking to mix up your running routine? Let us take you on the trails with this fun, 4-week trail training program. This program is open to beginner and experienced trail runners alike. The main objective is to explore our local trail systems together with running coach-led workouts.
Workouts: Sundays at 9:00am beginning April 19, 2026Meeting Location: The Cove at Concord Park (10901 South Northshore Drive Knoxville, TN 37922)Celebration Race: Saturday, May 9th - entry is free for training participantsQ&A Session: Thursday April 9th at 6:00pm.
