Throttle Up: For a "Souper" Cause

MOTORCYCLE RUN & CAR SHOW! The Motorcycle Run will benefit the Interlachen Soup Kitchen Ministries, Inc (a 501(c)3 non-profit organization) founded in 2011. The run is co-organized with ROMEO Retired Old Motorcyclists Eating Out. The Car Show will benefit Mackenzie's Foundation. Beneficiary Motorcycle Run: Since its inception in 2011, the Interlachen Soup Kitchen Ministries, Inc. has provided almost ½ million meals to those who are homeless, food insecure, Veterans, or in need of fellowship or ministry. We provide hot nutritious meals 5 days a week. (Approximately 600 per week; 30,000 annually). Over 20,000 pounds of take-home food is distributed monthly (240,000 annually). Also available are showers, laundry, and other wraparound services for those in need. We primarily serve low-income families and individuals with approximately 40% elderly, 30% children, and 30% other adults. Over 20% are veterans. Most are considered homeless.
