The Space In Between 5K Family Fun Day

The 5K Family Fun Day, hosted by The Space In Between, is a community-wide event bringing families, runners, local businesses, and supporters together for a day of movement, connection, and giving back. Join us on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Freestone Park in Gilbert, Arizona, with the 5K kicking off at 8:00 AM. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate, with awards and prizes across multiple age groups. Bring your family, friends, running clubs for a fun and meaningful morning! But the finish line is only the beginning. Stick around for a full Family Fun Day featuring local vendors, food trucks, children’s activities, music and entertainment, a silent auction, raffle prizes, community organizations, and plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun together. The Space In Between supports single parents and single-income families who are transitioning out of crisis, rebuilding their lives, and working toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.
