The Big Mountain Run - Danny On Hill Climb

Join us for the 44th Annual Big Mountain Run - Danny On Hill Climb! Run, walk, or hike to the top of Whitefish Mountain Resort! A lung busting fitness challenge, or a casual family hike, the choice is yours! All ages and abilities welcome. Each entry receives a one-time lift ticket back down the mountain.  When: Saturday July 25, 2026 What: 3.8 Miles with 2,200 ft elevation gain  Start Time: 9:30am  Start: Danny On Trail (near Hellroaring Saloon) at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Whitefish Montana Finish: Where the Danny On Trail reaches the cat track to the Summit House. Entry includes a lift ticket down, race swag, great prizes, and snacks at the top!  Awards will be on the deck of the Summit House on top of the mountain at 11:30am.  Compete for:Fastest Adults (King and Queen), Fastest Juniors 16 and under, (Prince and Princess), Oldest and Youngest Runner, Prize Top Dog Award (Fastest Dog on a leash) up the mountain, and The Birthday Club!  All runners finishing the course in a time les
