The Alden Run

We're possibly the only run in the world that starts at a Quilt Show & ends at a Rummage Sale. Alden Run events include a 5K, 10K, & 2 Mile Fun Walk. Both our 5K & 10K courses are USA Track & Field sanctioned with varied terrain including pavement, dirt roads, and two tracks through the woods.  Our 2-mile Fun Walk is on all paved roads making it stroller, pet, & kid friendly.  Proceeds from The Alden Run are shared with Bellaire, Mancelona, & Central Lake Schools with money going to both the athletic departments & the art departments. Money is also donated to the Downtown Alden Business Association & other local non-profit organizations. Please consider a donation to The Alden Run. Just click the "Donation" button on our homepage.
