By requesting the "Special Athlete" category, I hereby confirm and attest that the participant has a diagnosed medical condition that qualifies them to compete in this category. This includes, but is not limited to, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or other documented intellectual, developmental, or medical disabilities.
