Strasburg Mayfest 5K – Benefiting Abigail's JourneyThe Strasburg Mayfest Committee, in collaboration with the Town of Strasburg, is proud to host this year’s Mayfest 5K to benefit Abigail's Journey. Abigail is a courageous 3-year-old girl with complex medical needs who has faced big challenges from birth. Her journey includes ongoing care, therapies, and out-of-state medical treatment, including an upcoming airway reconstruction surgery in Boston on April 6.
