Spring Street Mile & 5K Presented by PTSMC

The Spring Street Mile and 5K is a road race in Manchester, CT featuring separate races for men and women.  The mile course is point-to-point; the start is one mile from the finish. The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line so please plan accordingly. The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot.  Restrooms are in the parking lot at Mt. Nebo, one mile from the Spring Street Mile start. The Spring Street Mile leaders will be extremely fast, we ask everyone to be humble about their start position and we will ask the fastest runners to start on the line. The 5k may also be fast, but you have a little more time to establish a position. We are pleased to once again be part of the USA Track & Field - Connecticut Road Racing Grand Prix circuit!
