Spring Migration Triathlon & Gravel Half Marathon

The Spring Migration Triathlon & Gravel Half Marathon will be held in Emporia, Kansas on April 26, 2026. Race begins 9:00 a.m. at Emporia State University, Welch Stadium   Gravel Half Marathon 13.1 miles leaving from the ESU Track & Field Stadium and winding through the scenic Flint Hills.    Sprint Triathlon 400 meter swim The 400 meter swim will take place indoors in the ESU lap pool. 20K bike The 20K bike is a flat out-and-back course that heads north of Emporia on Highway 99. 5K Run  The 5K run takes runners through the rolling hills of Emporia, just west of the ESU campus. This is a perfect triathlon for beginners or for triathletes to kick off their season!  A USAT membership is required to participate in this event.
