Southwest Ohio Lion's STEPS 13 OH 6 Walk / Run

For the past several years the Lion club members of OH6 have put on our STEPS 1K walk/ 5K Run for Pediatric Cancer Research. All the money raised goes to support pediatric cancer research at our Dayton/Cincinnati Children's Hospitals. This is a Fun Event for all ages with Costume judging, 5K Awards and 1K walking Certificates. With the help of this Event, we have donated over $1000,000 to our two area Children's Hospitals. Come join us to help in this cause. Every Year around 91,250 children lose their lives to cancer. 1/285 children in the United States will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 20. It is the number 1 killer from disease in children 15 & younger. Despite these facts, childhood cancer research is vastly and consistently underfunded.
