Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk. 2026

Join the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego for the 2026 Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk., a movement that brings our community together to educate, spread awareness, and make a difference for the people we love who live with epilepsy. This event is dedicated to the memory of Sharon Rosenfeld, a nurse and teacher who cared deeply about epilepsy and advocated helmet safety. Click here to learn more about Sharon and helmet safety. After you cross the finish line, there will be a community picnic with live music, food trucks, lawn games, and more. We encourage families to bring their own blankets, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
