SASH 5K – Stepping Up Awareness

Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 8am for the Stepping Up Awareness 5K Run/Walk at San Antonio State Hospital's beautiful grounds, featuring stunning views of the hospital and the Tower of the Americas. This professionally timed race welcomes dogs on leashes and baby strollers, with opportunities for volunteer groups to cheer participants!   Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and 3 female finishers, and all proceeds support the Volunteer Services Council, dedicated to enhancing the lives of hospital patients on their recovery journey.
