Lace up your running shoes and join us for one of the most unique 5K events in California. For one day each year, Graniterock's historic Wilson Quarry opens its gates to the community, giving runners and walkers exclusive access to a working hard rock quarry that has helped build California for more than 126 years. As you make your way through the quarry, you'll travel past towering quarry walls, ancient granite deposits formed millions of years ago and some of the largest and most impressive construction equipment on the Central Coast. The Rock & Run 5K offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at a place few people ever get to experience.
