Ringer Run 5K - 10th Annual !!!

The 10th Annual Ringer Run to benefit suicide prevention and mental health awareness is ON for Thursday June 11, 2025 @ 7:00 pm.  If you've run with us before, you know what a fun, family friendly event we try to make it, and you also know it’s a challenging course, which is why we invite you to The Stables across the street for some “carb recovery…” on us.  If you've never run with us, here's how we try to make it fun: lots of giveaways and random prizes, a water station, discount for High School / Collegiate Track and XC runners, finisher medals, a soft shirt, a (mostly closed paved path) course with a covered bridge, wetlands, a church, a tunnel, the local police watching your back, race village with sponsors and raffles and face painting and … a cool after party with a free drink, and most of all a meaningful cause.
