14-Week Peak When It Counts is designed for all fitness levels whether you are new to running or have miles under your belt and are looking to be more competitive in the sport; obtain a personal best; add strength and running economy.  We train the entire body focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscle-specific training and yoga to keep the body flexible and injury-free. Dedicated & experienced coaches that will make your training fun & challenging! Train with Karen and EB and receive the personal coaching you are looking for. Program includes: A workout plan that will target your goals.Variety to help motivate and encourage you.
