Parkinson's Awareness Run/Walk Sponsored by Fusion and Rock Steady Boxing! This is a wonderful event where Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding communities can come out and support the Parkinson's community by running or walking the distance of their choice. The 5K is a mix of a trail and pavement run. This is event is timed. Ages 12 and up.The 1-mile course is all paved and wheelchair accessible. The 1-mile course is not officially timed.All proceeds will be going to our YMCA Parkinson's/Therapeutic Wellness Department and to our local Parkinson's Association. T-shirt deadline: Register before midnight on Friday, March 20th to guarantee your race t-shirt!
