On the Clock Mile Series

Strive for your best mile! Join John's Run/Walk Shop and On every Sunday in October for a one-mile run or walk from our Chevy Chase location. Don't worry about keeping up with others ... your goal is to end the month with your own best mile time! We'll track times and award two grand prizes for the greatest improvement.
