The Omaha Triathlon is celebrating its 17th year by returning to Lake Cunningham The Omaha Triathlon is the ONLY Olympic Distance Triathlon in the State of Nebraska! Race Options: Olympic Distance (Individual and Team Relay)Sprit Distance Age Group Individual and High School IndividualDuathlonAquabikeOpen Water Competitive SwimCorporate Triathlon Competition Category (Team Relay) (Must have 3 Team Members - Each Person Completes 1 segment (Either swim, bike, run) Athletes do not have to be a resident of a state to win that state’s championship. Any age group athlete competing in an age group division is eligible to win any state championship. Official Race Start Time is 7:00 AM on Sunday! The Bike course is on Lake Cunningham Road, North 72nd Street and Highway 36/Bennington Road. The Run Course in around the newly paved and scenic Lake Cunningham Recreation Area Lake.
