Oak Ridge Fall Classic 5k

Come take part in the Oak Ridge Fall Classic 5k! The course utilizes the Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks' Melton Hill Lake Greenway. It is a perfect way for runners and walkers to celebrate the end of August and the approaching fall. All proceeds will benefit programming of Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services. The event begins and ends at the Pavilion located near the Melton Hill Lake Boat House. Our end of August event will be the prelude to September's national Suicide Prevention Month, which helps to promote conversations around this subject. Our 2026 event will be an opportunity to participate while honoring those who we have lost to suicide. A remembrance banner will be available for participants and volunteers to write a name, nickname, initials, &/or a message to someone paying witness to those we've lost while lifting up hope is a fitting complement to the event and build upon the 2024 and 2025 banner.
