North Penn IronKnights Kids Triathlon Training Program

This program is designed to help your child be ready and complete the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon.  PLEASE NOTE ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BE NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS, YOUR CHILD MUST BE ATTENDING A NORTH PENN SCHOOL.  Also note this program does not include the race.   It is for the training program only. This program is designed to help prepare your child for the biking and running portion of the race.  It is not designed to help your child win.  It is a skills based training program that helps kids become more comfortable on the bike and build endurance for running.  This program does not include swimming.  There will be swim practices that will be held at the high school to help your child prepare for the swim, those are under the direction of the North Penn School District and information will be communicated from them.     Tuesaday Program - Grades K-2 ONLY Location - North Wales Elementary April 14thApril 21stApril 28thMay 5thMay 12th - Transition Practice - NOTE this
