Noccalula Falls Duathlon

All proceeds benefiting Friends of the Falls  This year the race has been changed up in order to provide more of a challenge to those who want it! Please be sure to read the categories carefully before registering. Registration will be available the morning of the race starting at 7amT- Shirts are only guaranteed to those registered online by October 1  Not a runner or rider but still want to help support the foundation? A T-shirt only option is available. Event Categories:  Elite Athlete Duathlon featuring a 5k run through the gorge, a 20k ride finishing with a 2.5 k run. These athletes must complete the entire course individually  Athlete Duathlon features the 5k gorge run and a 10k ride Relay Duathlon allows for one athlete to complete the 5k run and one athlete to complete the 10k ride Kids Duathlon with a 1/2 mile run and 1/2 mile bike ride Stay and enjoy grilled hot dogs with everyone after!
