MPRD Youth & Junior Triathlon

June 28, 2026 - TOMPS Youth & Junior Triathlon Race, Age 8-17yo Back for 2026 with our newly renovated pool facility! The Town of Mount Pleasant invites you to our youth/junior triathlon at Park West Recreation Center. Registered athletes, ages 8-17yo, will swim serpentine style in our 6-lane, indoor swim facility; cycle on adjacent coned-off roads surrounding the complex; and run on our tree-lined paved paths to an exhilarating track lap finish! This is an excellent opportunity for youth athletes of all abilities to experience multisport on a safe, well-monitored course. Awards will be given to the top male and top female in each age group. Athletes will compete based on the age they will be on 12/31/2026. Race Notes- Race starts at 7:30 a.m.- Packet pick-up will be held onsite race day 6 a.m.-7 a.m.- Awards ceremony held onsite post-race. - Bibs and helmets are required.- Water stations will be set up on the course.- Bikes should be race-ready with inflated tires, working brakes,
