Join us at historic sites across New Jersey for your chance to race through history!  Monmouth Battlefield 5KSunday, August 9th9:30am Race Starts (Race Day Registration begins at 8:30am)   Runners, history buffs, and families will come together on August 9, 2026, for the Monmouth Battlefield 5K. Part of the RevolutionNJ Race Series, the event begins at 9:30 a.m. and offers a unique way to engage with New Jersey’s Revolutionary War history.   The RevolutionNJ Race Series draws inspiration from Jonas Cattell’s legendary run to warn American troops of a British attack at Red Bank Battlefield. This race is one of six in the series, with additional events planned at Cedar Bridge Tavern, Red Bank Battlefield, Fort Lee Historic Park, Princeton Battlefield, and Batsto Village.   Whether running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, participants will experience a race that blends fitness, history, and community celebration.  The
