Mission Hope 5K: Rocket City Run for Pediatric Brain Cancer Research

Join us on May 8, 2027, at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama, for the inaugural Mission Hope 5K: Rocket City Run for Pediatric Brain Cancer Research. Mission Hope is more than a race—it's a movement to accelerate research, support children and families, and bring hope to those facing one of childhood's deadliest diseases. Pediatric brain cancer is the leading cause of disease-related death in children. Tumors such as Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG) remain among the most devastating diagnoses a family can receive, with few effective treatment options and no cure. Children battling these diseases urgently need better treatments, more research, and the hope that comes with scientific discovery. Their families need a community that stands beside them every step of the way.
