Marianna Health and Fitness 5K

The City of Marianna's third annual 5K Fun Walk/Run was organized by the City of Marianna’s newly elected Mayor to encourage healthy activity among members of the community. Hosted at Marianna’s Park on the Square, the Marianna Healthy Living 5K Fun Walk/Run will bring together participants who celebrate the City’s new commitment to their health and wellbeing.Since taking office in 2022, the mayor has made it a priority to focus on healthy lifestyles, moving from a perception of a city that does not value health to a city open to making healthy lifestyles a priority. It is the focus of this Run/Walk to center on the community and attract community participants to this event that encourages healthy relationships that will eventually grow into healthy lifestyles.
