Louisville Spring Splash & Dash Series

Join us for a Kids’ Splash & Dash Series this spring at the Louisville Rec Center! Get ready for a fun, energetic winter racing experience! Each event features an indoor swim in the Louisville Rec Center pool, followed by a run on the outdoor trail. In the case of bad weather, the run will move indoors to the running track. This series is open to kids ages 6–14. Register for a single race or sign up for the full series. Athletes who complete all races will earn points toward becoming the Series Champion. Age Groups & Distances6–8 yrs: 50-yard swim / 0.65-mile run9–11 yrs: 100-yard swim / 1.3-mile run12–14 yrs: 150-yard swim / 1.95-mile run *Age is determined by the child’s age on December 31, 2026. This race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, which means all participants must have a current annual USAT membership. If you don’t already have one, you will be prompted to purchase it during registration for $10. The membership is valid for 12 months and only needs to be purchased once
