Race the Standard Sprint Distance with an 800-meter swim, an 18-mile bike ride, and a 5K run, or try our Beginner Division featuring a 400-meter swim, perfect for those new to the sport. Team up with friends in our 2 or 3 Person Relay, or take on the Duathlon challenge with an 18-mile bike and 5K run.  Join us on False River at the heart of Louisiana! AWARDS: Male and Female:  1st Overall , Masters , Grand Masters  Male and Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd:  15-19  20-24  25-29  30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd: Beginner division and Duathlon Overall Relay Team All awards must be claimed on race day.
