La Course 5K Run/Walk

La Course is an annual 5K event welcoming both runners and walkers of all ages, hosted by the French American School of Rhode Island (FASRI). Taking place at the scenic Roger Williams Park, the event includes a 5K run/walk for adults and a 1 mile run/walk for children. La Course is open to all, connecting the FASRI community to the wider New England public through sportsmanship and outdoor fun. On y va ! Please read the full overview and guidelines HERE. About the Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk: This event is intended for children up to 13 years old. To register your child for the 1 mile run/walk, please register them for the event titled Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk (CHILD ENTRANT). Parents or guardians of young children are welcome to run alongside their children: if you intend to do so, we ask that you register yourself and pay in the category titled Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk (ADULT ENTRANT), so that we can keep track of all participants and ensure safety. If you would also like to run the 5k, please additionally register yourself for the 5k Run/Walk event.
