Join your office mates on Wednesday nights at 6:45pm for a workout that is geared toward strength and fitness like no other experience you will have.  Your coaches provide innovative and FUN circuit training and other workouts that keep things interesting.  Keeping the workouts challenging yet each are created with scaled options for even the most unfit individual. Group workouts are more fun than exercising alone and working out with friends makes it that much more fun and helps you stay accountable!  L3Harris Fitness Camp is for any fitness level from the couch potato to the most fit athlete. Add an additional class held on Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM to compliment your weekly workouts! These workouts have also been discounted as an added benefit to your health and wellness! You will find the option as an "add on" during the registration process.
