JUNIOR LEADERSHIP RUN 5K presented by Pointe Homes October 3, 2026 | El Paso, Texas OUR MISSION To revive Junior Leadership El Paso — a youth leadership development program that creates pathways for El Paso's next generation of civic and community leaders. We run to ensure that every young person in El Paso has access to the mentorship, knowledge, and community connections that make leadership possible.
