Named in memory of an extraordinary young man who was the first SCF of PBC Walkathon Poster Child in 2004. The Awareness Walk honors the legacy of Jordan A. Riley whose life, though brief, left a lasting impression. He was a true warrior resilient, brave, and determined to live life to the fullest despite the pain he quietly endured. He was known for his warm loving smile and for the kindness he extended to everyone he knew and met. Jordan lost his battle with Sickle Cell Disease and passed away at 25 years old in October 2024. His courage, strength, and determination continues to inspire all who knew him. The Awareness Walk is more than tribute; it is a call to action
