HOWL-O-WEEN Hairy and Scary Fest Zombie Run 5k Saturday, Oct. 10th, 2026

Prepare yourself to run (or walk) for your lives! This will be a charity 5k with all proceeds going to Lucky Dawg Rescue Inc. This will be taking place on Saturday, October 10th. There will be a 2.5/5K Jog With Your Dawg fun run at 8:30 am, the Zombie 5 k Run at 9:30 am, a Pet Fair Adoption Event with local shelters starting at 10 am, an Inflatable costume fun race at 10:30 am, Tricycle Race at 11 am, Costume Contest for dog and dog/human duo costume contest at 12 pm.  Music throughout the events! There will be zombies! Zombies, you say? Zombie zones and safe zones along the trail. Oh yes, ZOMBIES!  Unfortunately, for the safety of racers and dogs, we will not allow dogs in the Zombie race event.  If you decide to bring your animal for watching, they must be leashed at all times and not on the race route during the race.
