Heart & Sole: The Rowan Jo 5K

Join us for the second annual Heart & Sole 5K, a heartfelt event in memory of Rowan Jo, a beautiful soul we lost in January 2025 to a congenital heart defect. This race is a celebration of Rowan’s life, the joy she brought to those around her, and the light she continues to shine in our hearts. All proceeds from the Heart & Sole 5K will benefit The Rowan Jo Foundation. The purpose of The Rowan Jo Foundation aims to provide scholarships to individuals who have been personally affected by congenital heart defects — whether through their own diagnosis or through the diagnosis, treatment, or loss of a family member or loved one — to be used for tuition, books, housing, and other qualified educational expenses. Additionally, The Rowan Jo Foundation aims to support hospitals and medical institutions providing care and treatment for congenital heart defects.
