Mission The mission of the Electra Hospital Foundation is to build relationships and broaden financial resources to sustain the healthcare programs, projects, and services of the Electra Hospital District. Our Story The Electra Hospital Foundation, formerly the Electra Medical Service Corporation, was founded in 1974 to accept donations to benefit the Hospital. Through generous community donations, equipment and furnishings were purchased during the original construction and have continued over the years. How We Help Your donations provide funds to help meet the needs of the Hospital District. Continuous changes and new health care regulations require constantly upgrading facilities and equipment. The Board of the Electra Hospital Foundation works closely with the Hospital Board of Directors and staff to ensure the ever-changing environment meets the needs of our patients. The 5k Fun Run and Walk Event will take place at Iowa Park Clinic, in Iowa Park, Texas.
