Group run on the F.I.T. Trail Series 5 mile course and a course preview for the upcoming ultra. Trail or road shoes can be worn on this course. 50% of the trails are smooth packed down trails, the other 50% are rocky with some roots. We will meet at the start location on the field to the left of the senior center. There is ample parking available.
