Freedom Fun Run

The Placer Freedom Foundation is excited to host the 2026 Freedom Fun Run at Vernon Street Town Square in downtown Roseville. This in-person community event features 5K, 10K, and 1-mile distances to accommodate all fitness levels. Costume ContestJoin the fun and participate in the Patriotic Costume Contest! Participants will be judged in the following categories:     Uncle Sam Award: Most patriotic individual costume.     Firecracker Award: Brightest, loudest, and most energetic outfit.     Dynamic Unit: Best group or duo costume theme.     Lil' Sparkler: Best kids' costume Special Pricing for Veterans and Families. Run for a HeroYou can dedicate your race to a special veteran or active-duty military member in your life. When you register, you will have the opportunity to share their name and branch of service. We will provide a special tribute sticker for you to wear on race day so you can carry their legacy with you across the finish line. Our MissionThe mission of the Placer
