We will incorporate a different challenge and/or virtual race each month for the first 6 months of 2026. You can either choose when to attempt this challenge yourself or ask me to schedule it for you. We will share results in the group chat.
Rules of Engagement:
You can complete each challenge on the treadmill, at a track, on the roads, trails...wherever you are most comfortable (and weather-permitting!)Pace is just a number. You can walk, jog, run, or sprint any/all of these events - there is no judgement, shame, or disappointment allowed!

January - your fastest mile/the mile testFebruary - 5k "race" - aim for your fastest, make this your first, or somewhere in betweenMarch - weekly mileage PRApril - single run distance PRMay - 3x/day - pick a day to complete 3 separate runs (or walks), and I will help determine mileage for each legJune - choose your "race" distance (5k, 10k, 10 miles, half-marathon, or marathon)
