First Mount Zion Baptist Church 7th Annual Healthy Start Mind & Body 5K Run/Walk

We welcome and encourage you to come out and join us for our 7th Annual Healthy Start Mind & Body 5K Run/Walk, to JUMP START the Fall Season off to a Healthy Start and help a worthy cause! The purpose of this event is to promote and raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease while being mindful of how keeping our mind & body active leads to a healthy life with positive outcomes. Also, consider supporting this cause by additionally donating any amount that will help the Alzheimer’s Association in their endeavor to providing Alzheimer’s care, programming, support, and research.
