Dirt Days Trail Series - Shawnee Lookout "West-Side-Best-Side" Trail Run Sunday, October 18, 2026 9:00 am Shawnee Lookout Hamilton County Park   DATE IS TENTATIVE PENDING PARK APPROVAL   Shawnee Lookout is located at the Southwest corner of Hamilton County and is perched above the confluence of the Great Miami and Ohio Rivers. It is well known for its historical Spring house School and Log Cabin and Native American archaeological earthworks. The park's nature trails, including the 1.3-mile Blue Jacket, 2.0-mile Little Turtle and the 1.4-mile Miami Fort trail, offer spectacular views of the Ohio River and Great Miami River valleys. The park also features picnic areas, a playground and boat access to the Great Miami River. Begins and ends at the Waterhole Meadow Shelter. The Course combines the two lollipop loops of the Blue Jacket and Little Turtle nature trails and includes breathtaking views of the river valley below.  This is the final event of the Dirt Days Trail Series
