2026 Delaware Dash for Rare 5K & 1 Mile Walk Join the National MPS Society at the 2nd Annual Delaware Dash for Rare 5K! This event is to raise money and awareness to help change the lives of those living with a rare disease.  10% of Americans suffer from a rare disease and less than 5% have an FDA-approved treatment.  3 out of 10 children with a rare condition do not live to see their 5th birthday, and we work to change this.  Proceeds benefit the National MPS Society.
