CFA 5K Run & Walk for Mental Health

Join Child & Family Agency (CFA) for our 5K Run & Walk for Mental Health in Groton on Saturday, October 31! Dress in your favorite costume, bring your family and friends, and choose between a timed 5K run, an untimed 1.5-mile walk, or a children's fun run (6 and under). Strollers and dogs on leash are welcome! After the race, stick around for costume contests for adults, children, and pets, plus food trucks, vendors, and family-friendly activities. Every registration helps support Child & Family Agency’s mental health programs for children and families throughout southeastern Connecticut.
