Upstate Race Series Bunny Hop 5K & Easter Egg Hunt Run/Walk Lake Conestee Nature Park · Greenville, SC A 5K and an egg hunt, in the same morning 🥚 “ Five kilometers through Lake Conestee Nature Park, followed by an Easter egg hunt, with no cutoff and nothing to prove. This is the family entry point to the Upstate Race Series — the race where the four-year-old in the stroller and the parent pushing it both get a medal at the end. Lake Conestee Nature Park is 400 acres of protected floodplain in the middle of Greenville County, which makes it a strange and wonderful place to run: you are minutes from Mauldin Road and surrounded by herons. The 10:00 AM start is deliberate — late enough to get everyone fed, dressed, and out the door without a fight. There is no time limit on this one. Walk it, jog it, stop to look at the water, let the kids run ahead and then catch them. Every finisher receives a medal, and your entry supports local nonprofits through the Giving Series.
