Break the Silence 5k

This event is more than just a race; it's a chance to unite in support of mental health initiatives and be a part of a community dedicated to making a difference. By participating, you're contributing to a significant cause, with proceeds going towards a local Triangle organization that focuses on mental health. Join us in person for the Break the Silence 5K, taking place in April 19, 2026 at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.  Registration includes T-shirt, Race bib, and Wristband.
